Qualifications

  • Current New South Wales Drivers Licence (can be a provisional licence).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team and autonomously.
  • Ability to work a flexible roster including weekends, nights and public holidays.
  • Experience in a fast-food outlet/store would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service.
  • Prepare for service including folding boxes and restocking fridges.
  • Assist with phone orders.

What is the role?

As a Front of House Attendant & Delivery Driver for Ugly Pizza, your main role is to provide excellent customer service via phone or in person as well as delivering pizza and food orders in a safe and timely manner.

Your day-to-day duties include:
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Preparing for service (for example, folding boxes and restocking fridges)
  • Assisting with phone orders
  • Delivery of pizza and food in a safe and timely manner
  • Cleaning floor and glasses
  • Courtesy bus driver
What is needed to be successful in this role?
  • Current New South Wales Drivers Licence (can be a provisional licence)
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work well within a team as well as autonomously when required
  • Ability to work a flexible roster including weekends, nights and public holidays
  • Ability to work in a diverse team in a busy environment
  • Experience in a fast‑food outlet / store would be beneficial but not essential
