Job summary

Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen is seeking crew members to be the front line of our busy restaurant. You will greet customers, take orders, roll burritos, restock fridges, and participate in basic food prep, while learning other roles across the team.

No prior experience is essential, and a positive, coachable attitude is valued above all. We offer free uniforms, flexible work hours, discounted meals, and celebrate cultural events like Day of the Dead and Cinco de Mayo as part of our vibrant team

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality venues or fast paced environments is great but not essential
• You’re open to coaching, eager to learn and ready to put in the effort
• ‘Can do’ attitude and can be relied upon to follow through

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers, taking orders, rolling burritos, restocking fridges and basic food prep
• Wiping tables and supporting other roles across the team
• You’ll gain exposure to all aspects of running a busy Guzman y Gomez restaurant
