Job summary

Qube is seeking experienced Front End Loader Operators for their Bunbury depot in the Southwest region. This full-time role offers a residential roster (4/4/4) and potential FIFO support, with competitive hourly rates and opportunities for career growth.

Requirements include a valid Driver’s Licence, Front-End Loader ticket, and 12+ months experience operating CAT/Komatsu loaders, plus medical, drug screening, and security clearances as applicable.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver’s Licence.
• Current Front-End Loader ticket.
• Production loader experience.
• Experience loading end and side tippers to correct axle weights.
• Stockpile maintenance.
• 12+ months operating CAT 972/980 or Komatsu WA 500 or similar.
• High-Risk Forklift Ticket or ability to obtain.
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
• Police clearance or ability to obtain (dated within 6 months).
• MSIC or ability to obtain.
• Ability to communicate effectively with other operators.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed.
• Good knowledge of load restraint guidelines.

We are seeking experienced Front End Loader Operators to join the Qube team within our Southwest region at our Bunbury depot

Experience & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, it is essential that candidates have:

• Must have valid Driver’s Licence
• Current Front-End Loader ticket
• Production loader experience.
• Experience in loading end and side tippers to correct axle weights.
• Stockpile maintenance
• Minimum of 12 months prior experience operating CAT 972, CAT 980, Komatsu WA 500 or similar
• High-Risk Forklift Ticket – or ability to obtain/reinstate
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
• National Police Clearance – dated within the last 6 months or ability to obtainTraffic History Report – dated within the last 3 months or ability to obtain
• Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC) – or ability to obtain
• Ability to communicate effectively with other operators
• Ability to maintain accurate records of work completed
• Good knowledge of load restraint guidelines
