Woolworths Group in Gladstone region is seeking a Department Manager to lead a dynamic team and drive a consistently great shopping experience for customers. Supported by the Store Leadership Pathway, you will develop leadership skills, lead end-to-end department operations, and partner with the store leadership team to deliver excellent service.
