Responsibilities

• Review pre‑generated intents and transform them into a logical sequence of agent steps

• Create a Golden Path: the optimal sequence of tools the agent should invoke
• Write User Agent instructions to ensure consistent and correct automated behavior

Requirements

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration and / or any relevant area.
• You have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience, including Zendesk admin / configuration:
  • Setting up ticket forms, triggers, macros, and automation;
  • Managing groups, roles, and permissions;
  • Configuring multiple departments or business units within a single Zendesk instance (multi‑brand / multi‑department setup)
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) or above.
• Ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly, and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines.
• Our freelance role is fully remote; you just need a laptop, internet connection, time available and enthusiasm to take on a challenge.
