• Optimize campaigns for lead generation, focusing on driving traffic to WhatsApp or LINE for booking appointments.
• Monitor campaign performance, adjust strategies for optimal results, and report on key metrics.
• Ensure all communications and ads are culturally relevant and compliant with local advertising standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically lead generation for events or real estate.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and LINE ad platforms, including audience targeting and budget management.
• Ability to create compelling ad copy in Thai and adapt visuals for local appeal.
• Familiarity with the Thai investment landscape and high-net-worth audience preferences.
