Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Manager for High Risk Acquirer Performance for the Franchise function in Mastercard Asia Pacific. The role enables healthy business growth by preventing, detecting and remediating undue risk, while ensuring merchants comply with local laws and Mastercard standards.

This role will design reports, engage with customers on performance issues, deliver consulting engagements to optimize acquirer performance, and collaborate with colleagues to expand risk tools for specialty

Qualifications

• Fraud management experience in card payments and processing.
• Understanding of scheme rules and Mastercard standards.
• Experience with acquirers on fraud and merchant compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design internal and external reports to identify poor performance areas.
• Engage with customers with performance issues (including rule violations).
• Sell and deliver consulting engagements to support acquirer performance optimization.
• Work with Franchise to improve engagements and manage specialty merchants.
• Identify fraud trends and share leads with product teams, customers, and regulators.
