Job summary

Bunnings is seeking a Customer Care & Warranty Specialist in Minto NSW to turn complex customer challenges into practical solutions for builders and their projects. You’ll be a trusted contact for Frame & Truss customers, guiding enquiries from the first conversation through to resolution.

Join a collaborative team and learn across customer care, technical support, manufacturing and construction while strengthening relationships and driving repeat business.

Qualifications

• At least two years’ experience in customer service, administration or account management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with customer management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Salesforce experience would be useful but is not essential.
• Confidence reading and interpreting construction plans.

Responsibilities

• Turn complex customer challenges into practical solutions for builders and their projects.
• Be a trusted contact for Frame & Truss customers from first enquiry to resolution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve building and structural issues.
• Arrange site inspections, updates and follow-up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records across customer management systems.
