Revo Fitness is expanding its finance function and seeking an FP&A Analyst at our Claremont HQ. You will lead rolling forecasts, scenario modelling, and budget consolidation to support the commercial strategy.

You'll build dynamic financial models, deliver actionable insights, and partner with stakeholders to drive performance. This role offers a competitive salary, benefits, and a path to growth in a fast-growing Australian business.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, financial analysis or commercial finance roles.
• Experience preparing and maintaining forecasts and budgets.
• Strong experience in financial modelling, including scenario analysis.
• Experience analysing large datasets and translating financial data into insights.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong aptitude for financial systems.
• Experience with planning tools such as Anaplan is highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and maintain monthly rolling forecasts, including working capital and cashflow forecasts.
• Support the annual budgeting process, maintaining budget models, supporting schedules, and preparing budget reporting and variance analysis.
• Develop ad-hoc financial models to support business cases, feasibility and scenario analysis.
• Perform detailed financial analysis to assess performance, identify trends, risks and opportunities, and support decision-making.
• Support the development of dashboards, KPIs and performance metrics to enhance financial visibility.
• Work closely with Finance and business stakeholders to understand performance drivers and financial impacts, responding to ad-hoc requests as needed.
• Contribute to finance initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing planning capability, data quality and analytical outputs.

The Opportunity

Revo is growing fast, and we’re building a finance function to match. As our new FP&A Analyst, you’ll collaborate with our Special Projects Manager to lead rolling forecasts, scenario modelling, and budget consolidation. If you’re passionate about taking ownership, building dynamic financial models, and delivering actionable insights that move the needle then this is your chance to make a real impact on our commercial strategy.

What will you be doing?

• Prepare and maintain monthly rolling forecasts, including detailed working capital and cashflow forecasts
• Support the annual budgeting process, maintaining budget models, supporting schedules, and preparing budget reporting and variance analysis.
• Develop ad-hoc financial models to support business cases, feasibility assessments, investment decisions, and scenario analysis.
• Perform detailed financial analysis to assess performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and support decision-making.
• Support the development of dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics to enhance financial visibility.
• Work closely with Finance and business stakeholders to understand performance drivers and financial impacts, responding to ad-hoc requests as needed.
• Contribute to finance initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing planning capability, data quality, and analytical outputs.

What are we looking for in you?

• Demonstrated experience in an FP&A, financial analyst, or commercial finance role.
• Experience preparing and maintaining forecasts and budgets,
• Strong experience in financial modelling, including scenario analysis.
• Experience analysing large datasets and translating financial data into meaningful insights.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong aptitude for financial systems.
• Experience with planning tools such as Anaplan, highly regarded.
