Job summary

The BUSY Group invites an inspiring Campus Principal to launch our first NSW campus in Gosford, opening January 2027. You will lead from the ground up, shaping culture across Learning, Wellbeing and Career Pathways to re-engage disengaged students.

You will recruit and empower a high-performing team, collaborate with educators, wellbeing professionals and families, and ensure every student progresses toward the HSC and future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current NSW teacher registration, or eligibility to obtain registration.
• Experience leading schools or campus programs in the NSW context.
• Proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships across families, educators, and industry partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment of the Gosford campus from the ground up.
• Create a positive, inclusive campus culture focused on Learning, Wellbeing and Career Pathways.
• Inspire and manage a high-performing team of educators and support staff.
• Support students’ journey towards completing HSC and transitioning to further education or employment.
