Job summary

Synetic Studio is seeking a Founding AI Engineer to join our early-stage startup, working directly with the founder to shape the architecture and ship features used by creators from day one.

You will own end-to-end AI-driven engineering tasks across the stack, from backend infrastructure to multimodal media understanding, with a strong emphasis on scalable, cloud-native delivery and rapid iteration.

Qualifications

• Experience with AI and full-stack development.
• Exposure to RAG/embeddings and backend scaling considered a plus.
• Proactive, self-motivated engineer who ships features end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve the core AI-driven architecture powering the product.
• Advance multimodal AI understanding for video and audio.
• Build scalable backend infrastructure and data pipelines.
• Implement MLOps/LLMOps pipelines including CI/CD and observability.
• Deploy on cloud platforms with a focus on latency and cost efficiency.
