Job summary

The Geronimo Academy in Caringbah is seeking an Executive Partner to the Founder & CEO. This full-time, flexible hybrid role focuses on protecting time, managing priorities, and coordinating senior stakeholders.

You'll build a lightweight operating system around the Founder’s time and priorities, move projects forward, and connect the right people to unlock opportunities in media, publishing, and partnerships. A calm, high-agency approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as Senior Executive Assistant or equivalent to CEO.
• Confidential handling of information and calendar management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Protect founder's time and capacity with calendar management and travel planning.
• Own important relationships and make introductions as needed.
• Move founder-led projects forward across media, publishing, and partnerships.
• Coordinate Founder Office matters with advisers and specialists.
• Build an efficient Founder Office using simple systems and automation.
• Execute decisions with decisive follow-through and results.
