About Role:

• Set, align, and brace forms for concrete structures such as slabs, footings, and walls
• Read and interpret plans, drawings, and measurements
• Assist with pouring and finishing concrete
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organised worksite
• Work collaboratively with other team members to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a form setter / concreter
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Physically fit and capable of manual labour
• White Card required (additional tickets advantageous)
• QLD driver's license and own transport
• Ability to pass pre‑employment medical and drug testing if required

Desirable:

• Not required but highly advantageous
