Job summary

Crown Equipment is seeking a Field Service Technician in Victoria, Australia. You will service and repair Crown equipment, carry out scheduled servicing and safety checks, and contribute to customer satisfaction.

You’ll start with a 5-week training program, work autonomously with a collaborative team, and build a long-term career with a global materials handling leader.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to fix things.
• Ability to work independently while still being part of a supportive team.
• Reliable, punctual and proactive in attitude.
• Auto-mechanic experience is valued but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled servicing, safety checks and repairs of Crown equipment.
• Perform planned and reactive maintenance to keep machinery running.
• Accurately maintain service records of work performed.
• Provide high level customer service to solve customers' material handling needs.
