Job summary

Apex Steel is seeking a motivated, multi-talented worker for our Northgate facility in Brisbane. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will help load trucks, prepare orders and ensure dispatch runs smoothly. The role requires a forklift license, ability to work as part of a team, and familiarity with RF handheld scanners.

Prior steel handling experience is desirable; a strong safety mindset is essential. Hours are Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week with overtime available.

Qualifications

• Must have forklift license and ability to operate forklift.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Knowledge of scanning products using RF scanner desirable.
• Steel handling experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Loading/unloading trucks
• Scanning product in and out using handheld scanners
• Maintain store stock levels
• Ensure work area is maintained in a clean and safe manner
