The Reflex Group is seeking an experienced Storeperson / Warehouse Operator to join our Brisbane team at our Tingalpa facility. You will manage picking, packing, dispatches, and stock control, ensuring accurate inventory and safe operations.

With a forklift licence (LF) and at least two years in a warehouse environment, you will thrive in a tidy, air-conditioned workplace and contribute to a growing international business with ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence (LF) is required.
• Minimum 2 years in stores/warehouse.
• Experience in picking and packing orders.
• Experience in shipping/dispatching goods.
• Experience receiving and inspecting incoming stock.
• Experience with supplier deliveries and freight carriers.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, hands-on approach to work.
• Good organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and dispatch customer shipments.
• Receive, unload and check incoming goods.
• Load and unload trucks using a forklift.
• Maintain accurate stock control and inventory records.
• Organise and maintain warehouse storage locations.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight companies and internal departments.
• Ensure all warehouse activities are completed safely and per procedures.
• Perform general warehouse and stores duties as required.
