Job summary

Recruitment Select is currently seeking motivated forklift operators for a leading logistics company in Shepparton. Roles cover day or afternoon shifts with potential for full-time progression. Saturdays may be available for additional earnings.

Applicants must hold a current LF forklift licence, have reach truck experience if possible, and demonstrate previous warehousing and logistics experience. You will work both independently and as part of a team, be punctual, and willing to learn, with

• Current and valid Forklift Licence (LF)
• High Reach experience highly regarded
• Previous warehouse & logistical experience
• Working both independently and as part of a team to meet schedules
• Can-do attitude, punctual & willingness to learn.
• Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol test.
• Provide evidence of full Australian working rights
• Current Police Check

Responsibilities

• Operation of reach and counterbalance forklifts to load & unload trucks
• Use of computer and warehouse management system
• Safely operate forklifts to load, move, and stack products
• Customer service abiding with compliance of truck load weights, procedures, etc.
• Moving internal goods to external customers, clients and locations.
• Maintain a clean & organised workspace
• Follow strict food safety and workplace safety procedures
