Job summary

National Workforce Pty Ltd is hiring forklift operators for day shifts across multiple Brisbane locations. If you hold an LF licence and have hands-on experience in warehouses, we want to hear from you.

You will operate high reach and counterbalance forklifts, perform pre-start checks, load/unload pallets, and assist with stock movement while following WHS rules. Reliable transport to reach Brisbane sites is preferred. A competitive hourly rate plus superannuation is offered.

Qualifications

• Current LF licence for high reach and/or counterbalance.
• Experience operating forklifts in warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution.
• Strong safety awareness and clean operating record.
• Own transport to reach multiple Brisbane sites.
• Experience with RF scanning or WMS is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Operate high reach and/or counterbalance forklifts safely in busy warehouse environments.
• Load, unload, and relocate pallets and stock accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct pre-start checks and report equipment faults.
• Maintain accurate stock movement and support inventory processes.
• Work safely within traffic management zones and follow WHS requirements.

We have multiple forklift operator positions available across various Brisbane locations on day shifts. Whether you re experienced on high reach, counterbalance, or both, we want to hear from you. These are hands‑on roles for operators who take pride in their work, operate safely, and show up ready to go every day.

What you ll be doing

Operating high reach and/or counterbalance forklifts safely across busy warehouse and distribution environments

Loading, unloading, and relocating pallets and stock accurately and efficiently

Conducting pre‑start checks and reporting any equipment faults

Maintaining accurate stock movement and supporting inventory processes

Working safely within designated traffic management zones and following all WHS requirements

What we are looking for

Current LF licence - high reach and/or counterbalance

Demonstrated experience operating forklifts in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution setting

Strong safety awareness and a clean operating record

Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to day shift hours

Own transport to reach various Brisbane site locations

Experience with RF scanning or WMS systems an advantage
