Job summary

Synergie Australia is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator/Storeperson for a busy warehouse in Yatala, Gold Coast. This role offers a day shift with ongoing work and potential permanent placement, starting immediately.

You will operate forklifts, handle loading/unloading, stock movement, picking/packing, and ensure a safe working environment. Prior storeperson experience is valued, and a reliable transport is essential.

Qualifications

• LF forklift licence is required.
• Experience operating forklifts in warehouse environments.
• Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing and police check.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift including counterbalance and high-reach.
• Safely operate machinery in warehouse environments.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Sort stock and manage inventory.
• Pick, pack and dispatch orders.
• Perform general storeperson duties.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Move stock and replenish inventory.

Skills & Experience

• Current LF Forklift Licence
• Previous experience in forklift operation and warehouse environments
• Strong understanding of safe machinery operation
• Experience as a storeperson highly regarded
• Ability to sort stock, pick orders and manage inventory accurately
• Reliable transport and strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Ability to work with full rights in Australia
• Ability to pass drug & alcohol testing and/or police check
