Job summary

Worthwhile Recruiting is assisting a client in Lane Cove West, NSW, to fill a store-person/all-rounder TA role with forklift operation for loading trucks and support in an electrical fitting factory.

The ideal candidate holds a NSW forklift license with at least one year of experience, can work Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, lift up to 15 kg, and provide two checkable references.

This temp-to-perm position offers a casual hourly rate of $35 plus super and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Solid experience operating a forklift.
• Previous experience in a store environment, including receipt and dispatch.
• Mechanical aptitude and a ability to use hand tools
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks and a strong work ethic.
• Proficiency in computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to load and unload trucks.
• Perform various manual handling tasks and assist with factory operations.
• Report to the Production Supervisor and Manager, collaborating with the team.
• Work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
