Job summary

Team Global Express Pty Ltd is looking for a Forklift Driver to join our team in Mackay. This is a full-time, permanent role with AM starts. You will be responsible for unloading and loading vehicles, scanning freight, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. A valid forklift license is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Current & Valid Forklift Licence (Mandatory).
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to follow instructions and work autonomously where required.
• Full rights to work in Australia.
• High attention to safety.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load vehicles and sort them appropriately and safely.
• Scanning freight, freight sortation and re-palletising of freight.
• Picking and preparing runs for following day.
• Palletising freight for travel where required.
• Ensuring the correct movement and distribution of freight in a timely manner.
• Carry out all duties within set time frames and follow instructions closely.
• Identifying damages and reporting in accordance with site process.
• Ensure compliance and safety is always adhered to.
• Restraining loads safely as well as the correct use of straps where required.
