Job summary

Programmed Skilled Workforce is seeking reliable forklift operators for a well-established food manufacturing facility in Burleigh Heads. You will safely operate a forklift to move pallets, load and unload goods, and support production with timely material supply.

We offer onsite training and opportunities to learn different roles while working in a fast-paced environment. Onsite staff access is supported by public transport links.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence is required.
• Previous forklift operating experience preferred but not essential for all roles.

Programmed Skilled Workforce is seeking reliable and motivated workers to join a well-established food manufacturing facility in Burleigh Heads.

We have opportunities available in Forklift Operations.

About the Role

• Safely operate a forklift to move pallets and stock around the warehouse or production area.
• Load and unload goods from trucks and designated storage areas.
• Move and stack pallets in the correct locations.
• Supply products and materials to the production line while following workplace safety procedures.
• Previous forklift operating experience and a current forklift licence are required.
• Onsite training provided.
• Opportunities to learn different roles and develop new skills.
• Accessible via public transport.
• Opportunities to gain experience in a food manufacturing and distribution environment.

• Availability to work across a 24/5 operation, including weekends where required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.

• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Forklift roles: A current forklift licence and previous forklift experience are highly regarded but not essential for all positions.
