Job summary

Programmed Maintenance Services in Broadmeadows, VIC is seeking reliable Forklift Operators (LF) to join a leading distributor of automotive parts. The role involves operating Counterbalance and High Reach forklifts, loading/unloading, RF scanning, stocktakes and dispatch tasks, with a focus on safety and productivity.

You'll work Monday to Friday across Day, Afternoon and Night shifts, with ongoing, long-term opportunities and immediate starts for suitable candidates.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LF Forklift Licence (essential).
• Minimum 1 year of forklift operating experience.
• Experience operating Counterbalance and/or High Reach forklifts.
• Strong warehousing background with a consistent work history.
• Experience in fast-paced environments and meeting KPIs.
• Available to commit to Monday-to-Friday work.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Reliable, punctual and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance and High Reach forklifts.
• Load and unload goods safely and efficiently.
• Conduct stocktakes and stock replenishment.
• Pick and pack orders using RF scanners.
• Assist with receiving and dispatch duties.
• Complete general warehouse and manual handling tasks.
• Lift items up to 25kg.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.
• Meet productivity targets and follow WHS procedures.
