Job summary

National Workforce Padstow is seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join a busy manufacturing site in Moorebank. Immediate starts available and long-term work opportunities with full training provided.

Operate various forklifts, load/unload containers, and perform stock put-away and packing. Must have LF Forklift Licence, 1 year experience, and Australian working rights. Morning shifts may require short afternoon training blocks.

Qualifications

• Valid LF Forklift Licence required.
• Minimum 1 year forklift experience including High Reach and Counterbalance.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Available for 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
• Morning shift candidates must complete 1–2 weeks of afternoon-shift training.

Responsibilities

• Operate High Reach, Twin Tyne and Counterbalance forklifts.
• Load and unload containers using an LF Forklift Licence.
• Stock put-away and replenishment.
• Pick packing, pallet stacking and pallet wrapping.
• Provide general warehouse and machine operation support.
• Follow site safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Complete site-specific training on procedures and systems.
