Job summary

Rocky Point is seeking experienced Full-Time Forklift Operators to join our site on the Gold Coast. Support Warehouse and Logistics, move pallets, load/unload products, and perform daily safety checks. You’ll work to meet daily targets in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Minimum 3 years forklift experience plus a current license; ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly is essential. Excellent team collaboration and safety mindset are required for success at Rocky Point.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience operating forklifts in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment preferred.
• Current Forklift License (essential).
• Previous truck loading and unloading experience.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong awareness and commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and secure bulk products for transport.
• Move finished goods pallets efficiently within the site.
• Complete daily forklift pre-start checks and associated paperwork
• Follow WHS protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Support team to meet daily production and dispatch targets.
• Keep work area clean and organised to ensure smooth operations.
• All our people go home in the same condition they came to work; safety before production.
