Job summary

Bunnings is looking for a Forklift Operator to move products around the store and help deliver a great customer experience. You will operate a forklift, support stock management, and collaborate with a friendly team in a dynamic retail setting.

Applicants must hold a current forklift licence and be able to interact confidently with customers, while showing safety-first thinking. The role offers flexible hours including weekends and late shifts.

About the role:

Our team members are the face of Bunnings, always prepared to give it a red-hot go. They provide a friendly and helpful service to everyone who walks through our doors, making sure every experience counts. As a Forklift Operator, you will play a key role in moving products throughout the store to help our team provide the best experience for our customers.

We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $30.45 per hour for this role.

Who we're looking for:

We're looking for team members who are passionate about helping others and are keen to learn and grow. You'll love variety in your day-to-day work, with a focus on forklift operation, inventory management and customer service, whilst also having the opportunity to grow your experience in other areas. A personal interest in D.I.Y. is always a plus, however we will give you all the skills you'll need and show you the ropes.

You'll need:

• A current valid forklift licence
• To be able to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers
• An eagerness to learn about products and services
• To act with integrity, be safe and do your best
• The availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends)
