Job summary

Austsing Enterprise Pty Ltd, trading as Australian Soft Plastics Recycling, is seeking a Forklift Operator at our Pakenham VIC site. You will safely move plastic feedstock, finished pellets, and bulk bags across the site, including loading export containers and local deliveries, with strong emphasis on traceability and safety.

The role requires a current forklift licence (High Risk Work LF), hands-on forklift experience, and meticulous loading practices.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Unload and move feedstock and finished pellets around the warehouse and yard.
• Load bulk bags into shipping containers, scanning QR codes and following correct batch order.
• Load bulk bags onto trucks for local deliveries, securing them correctly to avoid damage.
• Record QR codes and keep accurate handling records to support traceability and compliance.
• Report any damaged material or process issues to the Production Manager or Logistics Coordinator.
• Hold a current forklift licence and follow all site forklift procedures.
• Wear PPE at all times: hi-vis, gloves, ear muffs and safety boots.

As Forklift Operator, you'll safely handle and move plastic film feedstock, finished rPCR pellets, and bulk bags around the site — from receiving through to production, storage, and dispatch. This includes loading export containers and preparing local deliveries, always keeping product traceability and safety front of mind.

Key responsibilities
