Job summary

Rover Recruitment is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator / Storeperson to join a busy distribution warehouse in Queensland. You will operate forklifts, move stock and assist with general store duties to keep daily operations running smoothly.

This casual ongoing role offers potential to transition to permanent employment for the right candidate, with emphasis on safety, reliability and team collaboration. Previous forklift experience and a current LF license are essential.

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join a busy warehouse and distribution environment.

You will be responsible for safely operating forklifts, moving stock throughout the warehouse and yard, and assisting with general storeperson duties to keep daily operations running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

• Current Australian Forklift Licence (LF)

• Experience operating counterbalance forklifts highly regarded
• Strong safety awareness
• Good reliability and attendance
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and a positive attitude
• Previous storeperson or distribution experience is advantageous
