Job summary

GV Health in regional Victoria is seeking an experienced Advanced Storeperson to manage receipt, storage and distribution of goods within the Supply Department and for external clients. You will coordinate stock handling, maintain accurate inventory, ensure safe storage and transport, and collaborate with procurement and other teams to support operations.

The role requires a mandatory forklift licence, strong organisational skills, and proficiency with warehouse management systems.

Qualifications

• Mandatory forklift licence and ability to perform manual picking/packing.
• Experience in inventory management and development of clerical staff procedures.
• Accurate stock control and high attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive goods and distribute to departments and clients based on Put Away sheets or Picking Slips.
• Pick and pack goods, ensuring proper bin locations.
• Replenish wards consumables under Scanned Module Data System.
• Deliver goods to internal and external customers.
• Maintain stock accuracy across the warehouse.
• Keep the Warehouse and SMDS racks clean and tidy.
