Job summary

United Recruiting Solutions is assisting a client in Dandenong South to recruit experienced forklift operators to join a busy warehouse team. The role involves forklift driving, order picking and packing, stock receiving and staging for dispatch.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining safe manual handling, checking orders for discrepancies, and helping with general warehouse duties. Applicants with LO/High Reach forklift experience and a proven work ethic will fit in well.

Job description

Our client, based in the Dandenong South are seeking experienced and reliable forklift operators/Stoneman.

If you consider yourself physically fit to work in a warehouse environment and have a good work ethic this position could be for you.

Normal hours of work will be 6:30am-2:30pm Monday -Friday

Your day to day will include:

Pick and pack orders

Forklift driving (LO/ High Reach)

Receiving and replenishing stock

Assemble customers’ orders and stack pallets correctly.

Check orders and raising discrepancy.

Staging orders for dispatch (load trucks)

General cleaning & housekeeping duties as required.

Other warehouse duties as assigned by the manager.

About you:

Have prior experience working in a busy warehouse environment (advantageous).

Practice safe and correct manual handling at all times.
