Job summary

Cogent Resources is seeking an experienced High Reach Forklift Operator for a full-time role in Minto, NSW. You will operate high reach and counterbalance forklifts, load and unload trucks, and perform a range of manual handling tasks in a fast-paced warehouse.

The position offers a stable night shift from 11pm to 7:10am Sunday through Thursday, with potential for training on the day shift (7:10am–3pm) and long-term permanent placement for the right candidate. Full work rights required.

Qualifications

• Must have experience operating High Reach Forklift (5-6 racks)
• Comfort with manual handling and physical work
• Experience in Dispatch or Receiving is a plus
• Ability to use a Manual Pallet Jack
• Willingness to train for the day shift (7:10am–3pm)

Responsibilities

• Operate high reach and counterbalance forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse (5-6 racks).

What You’ll Be Doing:
