Job summary

Stratco Ormeau manufacturing facility is seeking a motivated Trade & Customer Pick Ups Team Member to join our logistics team. This role helps ensure products are received, stored and prepared for collection by our trade and retail customers.

You'll work day shift from 9:00am to 5:00pm with overtime, operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely, and contribute to accurate stock movements while delivering excellent service to customers.

Qualifications

• A current Forklift Licence.
• Strong focus on safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Loading customer vehicles and trade pickups.
• Locating and preparing finished goods and accessories.
• Operating forklifts and warehouse equipment safely.
• Scanning and updating stock movements.
• Maintaining inventory accuracy and stock records.
• General warehousing, housekeeping and stocktake activities.
• Providing excellent customer service at every interaction.
