Qualifications

• Forklift licence and valid certification.
• Previous warehouse, logistics or distribution experience.
• Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to safely lift and handle heavy items.
• Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious approach.
• Good communication and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with inventory systems and a First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to load and unload trucks and containers.
• Receive, check and store incoming goods.
• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders.
• Carry out stock movements and use warehouse computer systems.
• Prepare shipping documents.
• Conduct stocktakes and inventory checks.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse.
• Follow safety procedures and work with the team to meet deadlines.
• Support basic product assembly when required.
