Job summary

Randstad is currently hiring multiple production workers with forklift tickets to start ASAP in the ACT. The role includes assembling electrical switchboard frames, panels and components, and safely operating a forklift to unload deliveries and move materials.

You will read simple diagrams, assist with picking parts and inventory checks, and prepare orders for dispatch while keeping the workshop clean and safe. Uniforms are provided; weekly pay can reach AUD 1,700 for 38 hours.

Qualifications

• Forklift license valid for ACT region.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools and measuring equipment for precise assembly.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical switchboard frames, panels and components using basic hand and power tools.
• Safely operate a forklift to unload deliveries, move materials and store finished switchboards.
• Read and follow simple assembly diagrams and job sheets.
• Assist with picking parts, inventory checks and preparing orders for dispatch.
• Maintain a clean, safe workshop floor.
