Job summary

BMW Group Australia is seeking a Sales & Volume Planning Analyst to deliver accurate sales reporting and provide analysis supporting volume planning, retail strategy and informed business decisions in Melbourne.

You will maintain monthly sales reporting, prepare weekly and monthly presentations, support forecasting and annual planning, and develop dashboards to empower the dealer network and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in commerce, finance, data analytics or related discipline.
• Proven analytical experience with data interpretation and insight generation.
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills; SQL/Power BI beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and distribute monthly sales, market and dealer performance reporting.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales and stock presentations to support strategy and decisions.
• Support forecasting, production planning, and dealer target setting.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and respond to data inquiries from internal teams.
