Job summary

Medtronic in Brisbane is seeking a Product Planning Spec – Supply & Demand Analyst to manage demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory, and backorder mitigation supporting the ACM Operating Unit. You will act as the conduit between Planning, Marketing and Sales, ensuring the forecasting process is aligned and transparent across teams.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Local Planning and logistics, and Global ACM Ops to ensure accurate forecasting, effective inventory planning,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field.
• 1–2 years in supply planning, demand forecasting, inventory, reporting; SAP experience.
• Experience in back order management and data analytics.
• Strong SAP knowledge and cross-functional collaboration.
• Data reporting and visualization; PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage demand forecasting and supply planning.
• Optimize inventory and mitigate backorders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Global teams.
• Provide data-driven insights and analytics.
• Escalate demand- and supply-related issues as needed.
