The Athlete’s Foot Launceston seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead a dynamic team, delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced footwear store. You’ll collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales, manage rosters, and oversee stock and visual merchandising.

You will champion training, community partnerships, and OH&S compliance while motivating your team to achieve targets and KPIs in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager or senior sales role in fast-paced retail.
• Results-driven mindset with a 'Make it Happen' approach.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a team.
• Proven success in meeting KPIs and sales targets.
• Solid stock control and visual merchandising knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver outstanding customer service using MyFit 3D.
• Motivate staff to exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Assist with rosters and wage control within guidelines.
• Support stock management, store presentation, and merchandising.
