PFD Food Services is seeking a Sales Representative to cover the Central Coast region, meeting café owners, chefs and business operators. You’ll be the trusted face offering advice, support and tailored solutions to grow their businesses while building lasting relationships across the local foodservice community.

With a hybrid working environment, you’ll balance field visits with CRM updates and planning to maximise territory opportunities, supported by Australia’s leading foodservice

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience within foodservice, hospitality or a customer-facing commercial environment.
• Ability to read people, build rapport quickly and tailor your communication.
• Strong CRM habits, planning skills and follow-through.
• Flexible approach to hours with weekly rhythms and KPIs.

Responsabilités

• Grow and retain a diverse customer base across cafés, restaurants, pubs, clubs and aged care providers.
• Protect base business while driving margin, basket growth, and new sales opportunities.
• Use data, insights and your local knowledge to plan and execute territory sales activity.
• Build strong internal relationships with our branch - operations, purchasing, customer service and transport.
• Work with suppliers to bring the right products, promotions and solutions to customers.
• Maintain disciplined CRM updates, visit planning, and weekly activity rhythms.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective customers through networking, referrals and proactive prospecting.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business needs and recommending tailored solutions.
