Job summary

St Mary MacKillop College in Canberra seeks a Food and Textiles Coordinator to lead a team of Hospitality, Food and Textiles teachers within the Curriculum Leadership Team. The role reports to the Principal via the Assistant Principal Academic Care and focuses on an innovative curriculum and excellent student outcomes.

The appointment is a 6‑month contract, full-time, with specialty knowledge of Hospitality and Textiles and a commitment to Catholic education values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Teaching or Master of Teaching.
• WWVP clearance required.
• TQI registration required.
• Accreditation to Work, Teach and Lead in Catholic Education Canberra and Goulburn.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Hospitality, Food and Textiles teachers.
• Develop and deliver an innovative and rigorous curriculum.
• Model excellence and support colleagues in curriculum leadership and student outcomes.
• Deliver high-quality teaching across Hospitality, Food and Textiles.
