Job summary

Qualifications

  • Food safety training or certification is desirable and may be required by local health regulations.
  • Previous experience in food service or a kitchen environment, especially in aged care, is desirable.
  • Understanding of nutritional requirements and dietary restrictions common in aged care.
  • Good verbal communication skills to interact effectively with residents and staff.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Evidence of, or in the process of obtaining, police check and NDIS clearance.
