Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Food Service Assistant to support dining facility operations at Oasis sites in Australia. You will assist cooks, perform custodial tasks around the dining area, and help maintain a clean, safe service environment for USG, GOA, contracted staff and travelers.

The role requires an Hospitality certificate, a valid driver’s license, and citizenship of Australia or the US, plus the ability to obtain TSPV or TS/SCI security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assigned site custodial tasks in and around Dining Facility.
• Assist Cooks in Food preparation.
• Polish floors and steam clean carpet using custodial equipment.
• Provide a highly rated customer service experience to customers.
• Ensure compliance with site environmental health and safety requirements.
• Report all low stock supplies to Head Chef.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as requested.

• Using Custodial equipment polishing floors and steam cleaning carpet

• Conduct all actions to ensure a highly rated customer service is provided to customer

• Ensure compliance with all site environmental health and safety requirements

• Report all low stock supplies to Head Chef

• Any other reasonable duties as requested

QUALIFICATIONS

Essential

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT

It is a condition of employment that employees obtain and retain the appropriate level of security clearance and medical clearance applicable to each role. The employee will require a Top-Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) Department of Defence Security Clearance (Australian) or TS/SCI (U.S.) clearance w/ Poly.

STATEMENT OF WORK REQUIREMENTS

All personnel assigned shall be:

• At least 18 years of age.

• Able to fluently read, write and speak English

EHS REQUIREMENT

All Amentum personnel are responsible for understanding and complying with all site environmental, health and safety requirements. • Completing work tasks in a safe manner

• Red-Carding a Job - Employee right and responsibility to “STOP WORK” if a job is unsafe or possess a danger to the environment
