Job summary

You will professionally supervise 10-20 FTE, provide day-to-day leadership, and ensure food safety, cleanliness, and equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• Must have experience supervising production staff in food service.
• Proven ability to lead day-to-day operations.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and WHS requirements.
• Experience overseeing equipment maintenance and fault reporting.

Responsibilities

• Professionally supervise 10-20 FTE in production areas.
• Directly supervise operational duties and provide day-to-day leadership.
• Maintain production areas to food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee safe operation, maintenance and repair of production equipment.
• Ensure faults are identified and managed through maintenance systems.
