Job summary

Labourpower Recruitment Services Pty Ltd is seeking reliable production workers for ongoing full-time roles in a temperature-controlled food manufacturing environment in Sydney. Responsibilities include filling/sealing products, packing meals, applying despatch notes, and quality checks.

Applicants should have FMCG experience, a strong HACCP understanding, and good numeracy/literacy skills, with readiness to work in a fast-paced setting across Day, Afternoon, and Night shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in a cold/hot, temperature controlled environment.
• Experience in FMCG industry and compliance with HACCP principles.
• Desire to develop, learn and follow instructions.
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Produce on the line, including filling, sealing and packing finished products.
• Handle temperature-controlled warehousing conditions.
• Apply despatch notes and production paperwork accurately.
• Quality control checks and adherence to GMP/HACCP procedures.
• Work across Day, Afternoon, and Night shifts as required.
