Minor Hotels’ Oaks Lake Crackenback Resort is seeking a service-driven Food & Beverage Supervisor on a casual basis. You will oversee daily operations of outlets, mentor a small team, and ensure high guest service across breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts.

This role is essential in supporting the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlets while leading a small team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidate will oversee daily service, mentor team members, and ensure all service standards are met across breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts.
Monday - Friday: $39.13 per hour
Saturday: $46.95 per hour
Sunday: $54.78 per hour
