As Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day performance of all food and beverage outlets, conferences and events operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years leadership experience within hotel food & beverage operations.
• Strong experience managing conferencing and events.
• Proven commercial acumen and financial management capability.
• A track record of leading and developing successful teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

The Opportunity

As Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you will oversee the day‑to‑day performance of all food and beverage outlets, conferences and events operations.

You will be a visible leader, inspiring your team on the floor, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving strong commercial outcomes across the business.

Working closely with the Executive Chef and hotel leadership team, you'll help shape the guest experience, develop talent, and maximise operational performance.
