Job summary

Ayers Rock Resort is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to live and work on-site at Yulara, NT, 20 minutes from Uluru. You will provide courteous beverage and dining service at the Pira Pool Bar, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to NT RSA laws.

This role offers on-site housing incentives and access to staff facilities, with a relocation allowance up to $700 and additional staff perks designed to enhance your employment experience in a unique, iconic location.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-of-house hospitality and guest service.
• Current RSA required to work in NT.
• Familiarity with bar service and beverage preparation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient Food & Beverage service at the Pira Pool Bar.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with NT RSA laws.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and stock replenishment.

Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Food & Beverage Attendant to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.

We are seeking a customer service enthusiast with a strong focus on bartender responsibilities. In this role you will undertake Food and Beverage Attendant duties in an efficient and friendly manner to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction in our Pira Pool Bar.

You will require a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) to work in this role.

Key Duties

• Follow outlet-specific sequence of service.


• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with NT RSA laws and house policy.


• Assist with opening and closing procedures, stock replenishment, and general bar operations as required.


• Take food and beverage orders, process transactions accurately, and maintain product knowledge to make recommendations to guests.


• Ensure dietary requirements are acknowledged and addressed to all relevant parties.


• Ensure guest satisfaction at all touch points in the guest journey.
