Job summary

Minor Hotels ANZ is seeking enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendants for Oaks R Suites Geelong on a casual basis to create memorable dining experiences and deliver outstanding guest service. You will work across a rotating roster and provide friendly, professional service to guests.

Ideal candidates have experience in waitstaff or bar roles, a warm demeanor, strong communication skills, and reliability for a fast-paced environment. RSA certification is preferred or obtainable.

Job Description

Oaks R Suites Geelongare looking for enthusiastic and service-driven Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team on acasualbasis.

As a valued team member, you'll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences by:

• Taking Guest Orders:Accurately and attentively recording orders to accommodate guest preferences.
• Menu Expertise and Recommendations:Confidently recommending food and beverage options
• Serving Food & Beverages: Providing professional and efficient service, while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Engaging warmly with guests, promptly addressing their needs, and striving to exceed their expectations.

Shift Details(subject to change):

• Rotating roster across Monday through to Sunday
• Split shifts may be required on some days

Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation):

Monday - Friday: $32.18 per hour

Saturday: $38.61 per hour

Sunday: $45.05 per hour

Qualifications

Successful candidates will have:

• A warm and approachable demeanour with a positive attitude.
• A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification or ability to obtain one.
• Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service.
• Previous experience in a waitstaff or bar role.
• Professional presentation and exceptional communication skills.
• Reliability, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
