Job summary

Windsor Hotel in Dalby is seeking a friendly Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team. You will provide food and beverage service, take orders, and help welcome guests in a warm, cooperative environment.

You will be responsible for serving across bar and dining areas, handling reservations, delivering accurate orders, and ensuring responsible service of alcohol. Training and development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• RSA/RSG certification is required.
• Availability to work hospitality hours on a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends.
• Passion for the industry and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide food & beverage service to customers.
• Take patrons' orders and prepare a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages; clean bar areas, glasses, and equipment.
• Take reservations, greet and seat guests.
• Provide responsible service of alcohol to patrons.
• Attend and operate gaming terminal including TAB & Keno.

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for:

• Providing food & beverage service to customers
• Taking patrons' food & beverage orders, preparing a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cleaning bar areas, glasses, & equipment
• Taking reservations, greeting, and seating guests.
• Providing responsible service of alcohol to our patrons
• Attending and operating a gaming machine terminal including TAB & Keno.
• Receipt of monies and giving change.
• Other duties as requested

To be successful you must have:

• Current RSA and RSG
• Availability to work hospitality hours - 7-day rotating roster with weekend work.
• Passion for the industry and desire to learn
