Job summary

RACV Goldfields Resort in Victoria is seeking experienced Food & Beverage Attendants to deliver high standards of service across outlets, including conferences, casual dining, pool and bar service. You’ll need a current VIC RSA certificate, enjoy fast-paced hospitality, and be able to greet guests, take orders, relay messages to the kitchen and keep tables tidy.

RACV Goldfields Resort is searching for experienced Food & Beverage Attendants with an RSA certificate and the drive to hit the ground running!

About the Opportunity

We are looking for skilled Food & Beverage Attendants, to join our professional team to deliver a high standard of customer service with a friendly, positive 'can do' attitude and a helpful approach.

In the role, you'll have the opportunity to experience working across all our outlets with a broad range of service styles including conference & events, casual dining, pool and bar service.

Key responsibilities will include

• Greeting customers
• Providing detailed menu knowledge & explanation
• Taking orders
• Communicating with the kitchen
• Set up & clearing of tables
• Interacting with guests

With rosters available two weeks in advance, our team's roster allows us to maintain consistency in our work schedules. Availability to work 3-5 shifts per week with evenings + weekends is ideal.

What you'll need to be successful

• Previous experience working in a customer focused venue within fast-paced food and beverage service
• A genuine love of hospitality and providing great service
• Current VIC RSA Certificate
