Job summary

Pullman Cairns International is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Attendant to support service across its dining outlets, poolside, and function spaces in Cairns. The role offers AM/PM shifts in a premium 5-star setting, giving you a chance to develop hospitality skills within a global brand.

You will work with a collaborative team, manage orders, upsell where appropriate, and uphold brand standards to deliver memorable guest experiences. RSA certification and weekend flexibility are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• Strong teamwork with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Current RSA certificate required.
• Flexible to rotate nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, engaging service across restaurant, bar, poolside, and event spaces.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with setting up, operating, and packing down service and event areas.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
